Portugal 3-1 Turkey
Portugal has advanced to the play-off final after a 3-1 victory over Turkey. With goals from Otavio and Jota, the hosts looked comfortable in the first half, leading 2-0 at the break. After a great bit of build-up play, Turkey rallied and got one back through Yilmaz.
After Fonte fouled Unal, the captain had an opportunity to equalize from the penalty spot, but he hit the crossbar. Before Ronaldo struck the crossbar in the dying seconds of the match, Matheus scored late to seal the victory.
Poland will now compete against North Macedonia for a spot in the FIFA World Cup in Qatar in 2022. By a solitary goal, North Macedonia upset European champions Italy.
Portugal is one step closer to the World Cup when they face North Macedonia, who stunned Euro 2020 Champions Italy by scoring a late winner in the play-off final on Tuesday.

Sweden 1-0 Czech Republic
Sweden advanced to a World Cup play-off against Poland after Robin Quaison's extra-time goal against the Czech Republic.
Prior to this time, the game had been a shambles due to the absence of both sides' key attackers, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who was suspended, and Patrik Schick, who was injured.
The game should not have gone to extra time after Tomas Soucek found teammate Milan Havel with space in the penalty area late in injury time, but the substitute's attempt sailed way wide.
The game was won four minutes into extra time when Jesper Karlstrom passed the ball to Quaison on the edge of the box, where he swapped passes with Alexander Isak before coolly slotting home.
Sweden will play Poland in their next match on Tuesday, with the winner going to Qatar.
Italy 0-1 North Macedonia
North Macedonia stunned Italy with a late goal by Aleksander Trajkovski, knocking the European Champions out of the World Cup.
Despite Italy peppering the North Macedonia goal for significant portions of the first half, neither side could find a way through.
During the dominant 45 minutes, the European Champions had 16 shots on goal, with Nicolo Barella having the best chance. North Macedonia goalkeeper Stole Dimitrievski moved out wide to receive a ball and played it straight to Barella on the edge of the box, but Barella's poor effort allowed Dimitrievski to scurry back to his goal and grab the ball.
North Macedonia showed good signs going forward after hanging on for the duration of the first half, but were not clinical enough in the final third.
The second session was similar to the first, if not even more one-sided. Italy's Domenico Berardi, Ciro Immobile, and Marco Verratti all had chances, but they couldn't break through a tenacious North Macedonia defense.
Italy managed 16 shots in the second half, but only five of them were on target, which proved to be a major issue as they attempted to break the deadlock.
With minutes remaining and injury time approaching, an improbable North Macedonia counter-attack troubled the Italian defense before Trajkovski fired a risky low-driven effort from 25 yards out that beat Gianluigi Donnarumma at the far post.
North Macedonia won the game and will face Portugal next week in a bid to qualify for the Qatar 2022 World Cup.

Wales 2-1 Austria
The play-off final between Wales and either Scotland or Ukraine for a place in Qatar has been postponed due to Russia's continuing invasion of Ukraine. If Rob Page's team wins, it will be only the second time in their history that they have qualified for the World Cup, and the first time since 1958.
Wales are now unbeaten in their last eight games, and despite pre-match doubts about Bale's fitness - he has only played 77 minutes of competitive football since November - he came up to deliver for his country like he has so many times before.
In the first half, he curled in an amazing free-kick, then after the break, he made it 2-0 with a quick finish into the corner. When Marcel Sabitzer's attempt was brutally deflected in off Ben Davies, Austria drew one back, but Wales held on to go 90 minutes closer to realizing their dream.
