Dortmund 2-3 Werder

Lee Buchanan's goal in the 89th minute and Niklas Schmidt's goal in stoppage time restored parity before Burke blasted a shot past goalkeeper Gregor Kobel in the final seconds.

After a disastrous 45 minutes for the hosts in which nothing appeared to click, Dortmund's Julian Brandt had blasted a blinder past Werder goalkeeper Jiri Pavlenka in first-half stoppage time to take an unexpected lead.

By the 75th minute, Werder had 10 shots on goal compared to Dortmund's two, showing that they were the more daring team overall. Their passing game was more fluid and inventive, and their attacks were more deadly.

Raphael Guerreiro tried his luck from 25 meters away and beat Pavlenka with a low shot in the 77th minute, but they were again caught off guard.

But the visitors didn't give up, and in the 89th minute, Buchanan's beautiful strike into the top corner gave them what might have been a consolation.

After their winning start to the season was interrupted, Schmidt then pulled them even before Burke's incredible winner in stoppage time, leaving Dortmund with six points from their first three games.

On Sunday, champions Bayern Munich, who are also on six, will play at VfL Bochum. With a 1-0 victory over Hertha Berlin on Friday, Borussia Moenchengladbach is in first place with seven points.

VFL Bochum 0-7 Bayern Munich

Bayern Munich destroyed Bochum on Sunday afternoon, continuing their unrelenting start to the Bundesliga season.

After four minutes, Leroy Sane scored with a beautiful curling effort, and before the half-hour mark, Matthijs de Ligt scored on his debut by heading the ball home.

Eight minutes later, Kingsley Coman sneaked in from close range, and just before halftime, the France winger snuck past Sadio Mane to make it four.

In the 58th minute, Coman was hauled down to earn a penalty kick, which Mane scored. Cristian Gamboa then threw the ball in his own net, and Bayern substitute Serge Gnabry sealed the victory with a low shot from the edge of the box.

Bayern maintains its flawless start to the league season as a result, and moves up to the top of the table as usual. Bochum, on the other hand, is stuck at the bottom of the table with 0 points and only three goals through three games.
