Highlights

In the first half, chances were scarce, with Harry Kane shooting wide, Jordan Pickford making a couple of excellent stops, and dám Szalai's daring effort from halfway going just past the post.

Hungary made a strong start to the second half and were rewarded when substitute Reece James was called for a foul on Zsolt Nagy. Szoboszlai scored right on the spot.

After Pickford denied László Kleinheisler, England threw men forward but never really tested Peter Gulácsi, and the game should have been secured late on except for András Schäfer to blast over an empty goal.
