Highlights
Belgium got off to a better start and came near to scoring when Romelu Lukaku set up Timothy Castagne, whose shot hit the goal frame. The Netherlands, on the other hand, quickly had the upper hand, and Simon Mignolet was forced into a fantastic stop to deny Steven Berghuis, the visitors' first of a slew of chances.
Lukaku's injury increased the advantage for the Netherlands, who finally scored when Steven Bergwijn hammered in from 25 meters. When Castagne was assessed to have handled Denzel Dumfries' cross, his team thought they had a penalty, but VAR overturned the judgment since the ball had smacked the Belgian in the face.
Memphis Depay sprinted through to score the second goal after the break, before Dumfries knocked in the third from Daley Blind's cross. Blind then set up Depay for his second and the visitors' fourth goal, and even though Belgium recovered with a late strike from Michy Batshuayi, there was no way back.
