Southampton vs Tottenham

Southampton ended a six-game losing streak with a 3-2 victory over West Ham on Sunday. The victory in the capital was only their second of the season on the road.

Tottenham won 3-0 against a COVID-affected Crystal Palace on Boxing Day, and they are now six points behind the top four with three games remaining. Last season, the Spurs romped to a 5-2 victory over St. Mary's.

Saints have a strong home record this season, having only lost once on the south coast, but Spurs, despite their terrible away record, will be confident of winning this game.

Prediction: Southampton 1-3 Tottenham

Leicester City vs Liverpool

On Boxing Day, Leicester fell 6-3 to Manchester City, but they battled back from 4-0 down to 4-3 at one point. Despite this, Leicester has now lost four of their previous five games in all competitions, conceding 15 goals in the process.

Liverpool were given the day off on Boxing Day after their match against Leeds was postponed, and they are currently six points behind league leaders Manchester City with one game remaining. Last time out in the Premier League, Liverpool drew to break a six-game winning streak.

This is the second meeting between the two sides in as many weeks, as Liverpool battled back from 2-0 and 3-1 deficits to defeat Leicester on penalties in the Carabao Cup. Given Leicester's injuries and defensive difficulties, Liverpool will be regarded as heavy favorites.

Prediction: Leicester City 1-3 Liverpool

Chelsea vs Brighton

Chelsea won a crucial match against Aston Villa on Boxing Day, but it came at the expense of key players Thiago Silva and N'Golo Kante suffering injuries. After beating Villa 3-1, Thomas Tuchel's side had only preserved one clean sheet in their last seven games.

Brighton won 2-0 at Brentford on Boxing Day, their first victory since September. They kept a clean sheet despite Brentford pressing for goals for the most of the game, and the win puts them back in the top half of the standings.

Prediction: Chelsea 2-1 Brighton

Brighton & Hove Albion

Brentford vs Manchester City

Brentford were unfortunate to lose 2-0 to Brighton on Boxing Day, but they now return home to win their second game in a row.

On Boxing Day, Manchester City defeated Leicester 6-3. In 25 minutes, they were 4-0 up against Leicester, only to be pegged back to 4-3 at one stage.

In the Premier League, City is on a five-game winning streak away from home, although they have conceded in four of their previous six games.

Prediction: Brentford 1-3 Manchester City

Manchester United vs Burnley

When Manchester United takes on Burnley in round 20 of the Premier League, they will be looking to build on their hard-fought 1-0 win against Norwich City. Because the Red Devils were not in play on Boxing Day, fatigued legs should not be a major issue for Ralph Rangnick's team. Paul Pogba is still in the hospital, but Varane, Wan-Bissaka, Martial, Cavani, and Matic are all fit to play.

The Clarets, on the other hand, are having a bad season, and are currently in the relegation zone ahead of their trip to Manchester. Given the Red Devils' desire to remain in the Champions League race, a home victory should be contemplated. In terms of the visiting team, Connor Roberts has tested positive for coronavirus, while Ashley Barnes is out due to injury.

Prediction: Manchester United 2-1 Burnley
