2021-2022 Ligue 1 Week 18: Match Previews
What are your predictions for this weekend’s Ligue 1 live streaming? Let's check ours first and let us know your thoughts!
PSG vs Monaco
When PSG and Monaco meet in Ligue 1 round 18 at Parc des Princes, there will be fireworks. Les Parisiens came back from a goal down to share the spoils with Lens over the weekend, maintaining their lead in the rankings. All of Neymar, Julian Draxler, Ander Herrera, and Sergio Ramos are out due to injuries, although Presnel Kimpembe and Colin Dagba are expected to play. After going on as a substitute in the 1-1 draw with Lens, Kylian Mbappe returns to the starting XI.
Les Rouges et Blancs, on the other hand, thrashed Metz 4-0 in their most recent league game. Monaco has recently found its best form, and we believe they will be able to hold PSG to a draw in the "City of Lights." The visiting team is without Cesc Fabregas, Krepin Diatta, and Benoit Badiashile due to injuries.
Prediction: PSG 1-1 Monaco
Strasbourg vs Marseille
Strasbourg and Olympique Marseille meet at Stade de la Meinau in a game that is likely to be one of the most interesting on Sunday's schedule. Le Racing will look to build on back-to-back victories against Bordeaux and Nice, and they will likely continue to play in an offensive manner. You should be aware that Strasbourg has scored in each of their last six league games.
Ludovic Ajorque, who has found his goal-scoring touch recently, will be one to watch in the home team, since both Maxime Le Marchand and Lebo Mothiba are out with injuries. OM, on the other hand, is looking to avenge a 2-1 defeat to Brest. Marseille is looking for their third straight road win, and we believe that betting on both teams to score has a lot of potential. Jorge Sampaoli should be able to select from a complete team.
Prediction: Strasbourg 1-1 Marseille
Rennes vs Nice
In a highly anticipated Ligue 1 match, Rennes and Nice square off at Roazhon Park. Les Rouges et Noirs promptly recovered from a 2-1 loss to Lille, thumping St Etienne 5-0 in their most recent league match. Rennes is desperate to play in the Champions League next season, and they'll likely go all out against Nice on Matchday 19.
Former Lyon attacker Martin Terrier, who scored his first hat-trick of the season at the weekend, will be one to watch in the home team. Both Flavien Tait and Jeremy Gelin are expected to lose time for the home squad due to injuries. Les Aiglons, on the other hand, have been in poor form recently, and given their dismal defensive performance in a 3-0 loss to Strasbourg, we believe that betting on the hosts has a lot of value.
Prediction: Rennes 3-1 Nice
