Real Madrid vs Granada

Real Madrid has been in poor form recently, losing in the Copa del Rey last week. Los Blancos failed to produce without Karim Benzema and paid the price, losing 1-0 to Athletic Club after an 89th-minute winner.

That came after a La Liga tie with Elche, and they also needed extra time to beat Alicante in the Copa del Rey a few days previously.

Following consecutive slip-ups from Sevilla, Real Madrid are fortunate to still have a four-point lead at the top, and Carlo Ancelotti's side will be desperate to get back on track today.

Granada travels to the capital after a dismal performance and loss to Osasuna. Following a setback against Getafe, the Andalusians have suffered back-to-back defeats.

Granada has now gone four games without a win, however two of those games were draws against Barcelona and Elche, respectively.

Real Madrid is favored to win this match as they hone their emphasis on winning La Liga.
