Juventus 1-0 Malmö FF
After a 1-0 win against Malmo on Wednesday and Chelsea's 0-0 draw at Zenit St Petersburg, Juventus qualified for the Champions League knockout stages as group champions.
Moise Kean headed his first Champions League goal from an inch-perfect Federico Bernardeschi cross in the 18th minute for a much-changed Juventus, who were already assured of a spot in the knockout stages.
With Malmo destined to finish last in the group, the Swedes had little motivation to try for a draw, and Juve cruised to victory without being tested.
As England's Chelsea led 3-2 in stoppage time in Russia, Juve's fifth win in six group games appeared to be in vain, but a last-gasp Zenit equalizer ensured Juve finished two points clear at the top of the group.

Zenit 3-3 Chelsea
Chelsea, the holders of the Champions League, finished second in Group H after conceding a stoppage-time equalizer in a tense 3-3 draw against Zenit St Petersburg on Wednesday.
Chelsea finished second in the group with 13 points from six games, two points behind group winners Juventus, who moved into first place courtesy of a 1-0 home win over Malmo of Sweden.
Both teams had already secured their places in the last 16, while Zenit will compete in the Europa League after the winter break.
Timo Werner put Chelsea ahead with a tap-in from a Ross Barkley corner in the second minute, before Brazilian Claudinho equalized with a looping header in the 38th minute.

Manchester United 1-1 Young Boys
Manchester United drew 1-1 at home against Young Boys to end the Champions League group stage, as interim manager Ralf Rangnick continued to impose his mark on the club.
Rangnick kept his word about rotating and giving players a chance to shine, starting exciting youngsters Anthony Elanga and Amad Diallo. With United already assured of top spot in the group and thus a seeded place in the last 16, Rangnick kept his word about rotating and giving players a chance to shine.
Even seasoned third-string goalkeeper Tom Heaton got a chance off the bench, and home-grown teenagers Zidane Iqbal and Charlie Savage made their senior debuts.
The individuals were different, but the continuation of what Rangnick's United started against Crystal Palace was visible - the intelligent pressing was a powerful tool.
Mason Greenwood's first goal was a magical moment that reaffirmed his status as a near-future superstar, as he improvised well to volley home a cross from Luke Shaw that had been played slightly behind him.
