Liverpool completed a spotless Champions League group stage with a comeback win over AC Milan, becoming the first English team to win all six group stage matches.

After an error from Takumi Minamino, former Chelsea defender Fikayo Tomori scored from close range as the Italians looked for a win that could have assured them second place in the group and qualification.

Mohamed Salah quickly drew the Reds level with a close-range finish for his 20th goal of the season, before Divock Origi turned the tables early in the second period with his second goal of the week.
